What the listing already said

The title number was the Automann PN. FT 530-35 was listed as a cross, not the part. That interchange stamp covers more than one bolt pattern. They ordered to that stamp anyway.

What they wrote

12 Aug they told us the bags on their truck were FT 530-35. That is the interchange, not ABSP3B32RA-7847. They bought this listing to that number.

They said the interchange family was mislabeled. They said that was not our fault. Then they took a full refund and never sent the bag.

3. 14 Aug 2026: they wrote they ordered it from the information on the part.
4. 21 Aug 2026: they asked to waive the restocking fee and wrote it was not our fault.
5. Return 5327523094 opened under the 30-day seller-paid policy.
6. ~24 Aug 2026: eBay closed the return FULL_REFUNDED. Seller out $158.17. Buyer credited $167.66.
7. Through 5 Sep 2026: the air spring has not shown up in Carbondale.

A closed refund is not proof the box came back. We still do not have the part. We are not sending another check for the same bag.

What we did

1. Sold a new air spring as listed, with free ground shipping.
2. Honored the 30-day return. The refund went out.
3. Logged the empty return. The case is closed. The part is still missing.

What eBay did

eBay processed return 5327523094 as a full refund on a 30-day seller-paid listing. That payout is done. It is not a finding that the bag was defective, and it is not a license to keep both the money and the part.

We are not reopening a restocking fight on this order. We are putting the public username on the wall so the next seller can see the pattern.
