Audit
Screen-share the real path
Who owns it, which tool, where the data lives, whether it can connect. Plumbing, not slogans.
I sit with shop owners on the job they already run. You approve anything that goes public.
HVAC, auto repair, a small hotel, bookkeeping, a 10-person agency, a shop with a messy inbox. Same engagement. Not eBay listing typing.
Most of the work is watching the real process and deleting steps that should not exist. Automation comes last, on a path that already works.

Cut
One home per fact. If two people retype the same number, we pick a source of truth.
Build
A written skill plus one good example. Nothing auto-sends. We test on a real run, then you keep the log.
Front door
Written audit
$49
One job, written down. Steps, what to wire, what not to touch, and a quote if a build is worth doing.
Message first so I know the job. Pay after we confirm it is a fit.
Get the auditTwo calls a month
Quoted
After the audit, if the hours are real. Two 45-minute calls plus async. Monthly number is named for your shop, not copied from someone else's rate card.
Need one workflow built and nothing else? Say so on the form. That is a separate quote.
Listings are a different page. Text $2.50, styled $5, monthly listing help from $29: eBay services. Do not mix those with this.
After each call you get a recap: what we saw, what was built, your next step, mine. The folder is the retention tool. Hours saved are counted only after a production run, not from a demo.
I work from Carbondale, PA. Northeast US shops first. You do not need to be a salvage yard.
No account. I reply at the email you give. Empty form, no call.
Is this the eBay listing service?
No. If the pain is typing listings, that is eBay services at $2.50 text / $5 styled. Concierge is for the owner who will sit two calls a month on a repeatable process.
What is the $49 audit?
A written page of one process: who owns each step, where the data lives, what to cut, and a quote if a build is worth doing. It is not a chatbot install.
Do you replace my receptionist?
No. I will not sell an unattended bot that answers customers without you. Drafts first. You approve anything public.
Do I need Claude Cowork or a new app?
No. We use what you already have when it works. A desktop click tool, a script, or a simple trigger. I do not force a stack.
How much is the monthly work?
Quoted after the audit, once we know the hours. I do not publish a monthly number on this page.
Do you need my passwords?
Not on day one. We start with a screen-share of the real process. Access is granted later, by you, and you can cut it.
$49 written audit of one process. Monthly work is quoted after that. No public mailbox; the form is the handoff.
I do not promise hours saved from a demo. Count starts after a production run. Terms on the service terms page.
