FAQ
Eight questions, straight answers
Do you only work on auto parts?
Parts, tools, and vintage hardware are the strongest lane because that's where catalog fitment matters. Vintage, collectibles, and home goods are fine at the same $2.50 / $5 rates.
Do you need my eBay password?
No. Default is a draft you paste in yourself. If you later want me to post it, you grant access from your own eBay account and you can turn it off anytime. No shared passwords.
What if the catalog data is wrong?
One revision when the catalog fights your photos or the box. A changed part number is a new listing. I don't invent a fitment row to fill a table. An honest gap beats a wrong row.
I have 400 listings. Can you handle that?
Batches: $50 for 25 text listings, $90 for 50. A 400-listing store is several batches, not one dump. Similar variants cost less than unique research.
Can I send a spreadsheet instead of photos?
Text listing: yes — brand, part number, condition, quantity. Styled listings need photos of the actual item.
Do you set my prices?
No. You set prices. I fill the rest of the form.
What if eBay rejects the page you build?
I only use markup eBay allows: no scripts, no forms. If they change the rules later, I'll quote a rewrite at the normal rate.
Can I cancel mid-month?
Yes. You pay for work already delivered. Unused listings from that month roll one more month. Pause 30 days once per 6 months. Maintain $29/mo is billed through Square on subscribe, then monthly.
