⚠ PUBLIC WARNING

Do not send money to Jossy’s Auto (Anderson, IN) or the Ukiri Global Foundation “charity” — same address, same operator, same red flags. Read why →

Where the money goes

Sand dredge · Nigeria pipeline

Not cars at Copart. Heavy equipment and overseas extraction — two documented layers on the public record.

Industrial hydraulic dredge equipment on water — documentary atmosphere
Atmosphere only — illustrative of industrial dredge equipment class; not a claim that this exact photo is Ukiri’s unit.
Layer 1 · money trail

After the $120k hit Jossy’s Auto (Dec 2021)

Check memo language included “Inventory Capital.” Funds moved out of the business path in days (documented withdrawals including ~$46.7k / ~$23.7k / ~$49.5k in December 2021). Copart shows no cars for the Yusuf export story.

Ukiri posted in the Facebook group Nigerian Dredge Masters and Engineers Association (NDMEA): “American direct dredger for sale. Arriving Nigeria in March.” Equipment class matches portable American hydraulic dredgers (IMS Versi-Dredge profile commonly sold into Nigeria). Price band for that class overlaps the six-figure check.

Layer 2 · after FBI

Sand dredge brag after the interview

FBI interviewed Ukiri as a purported “victim” in July 2023 (FD-302 series). Public advocacy materials document that roughly ~7 months later he was on Facebook bragging about a sand dredge export to Nigeria (~$500k class), with Texas IRONPlanet government-auction sourcing referenced in contemporaneous reports to senators / prosecutors.

That is not “a few quiet days and a used Civic.” That is industrial equipment marketing while federal agents already had his file open. Family travel to Nigeria (Dec 2023) also sits after the interview / phone download window.

Satire cut · amplifier

GODMODE roast — interview → dredge escape

Full AI satire cut (~2:45) walks the public-record arc: FBI interview posture, walks free, denied accounts / Copart zero, real NDMEA dredge + “Arriving Nigeria in March,” Fetterman “no fixed time frame.” Labeled satire · 1A · not a filing · not for kids.

Warning

Why donors and banks should care

A shop that takes romance-scam cashier’s checks, a foundation that only becomes IRS 501(c)(3) in mid-2023 with $0 990-N revenue on extract, and a parallel dredge/export persona is not a normal small-town NAPA story. If you are a second victim, a bank BSA officer, a journalist, or a family member being asked to “help with inventory” or “support the foundation” — screenshot everything and do not send more money.
